Rotundamule is a 2-headed monster lo-fi rock & roll fiasco. One head is named Tommy, the other is Gregg. Tommy plays the drums and Gregg the Guitars. Both heads do the singing.
Scratch Tracks was recorded on a Tascam Porta-One 4-Track cassette recorder. All of the songs were recorded without track bouncing, without any effects pedals, and no compression was applied at any stage of the recording.
The instruments used on Scratch Tracks: Mapex 5-piece drum kit, Gibson SG and Hamer Gold Top electric guitars, an Epiphone acoustic guitar, and a Marshall tube head on a 4x12 cabinet. The Epiphone is now dead and gone and resting in pieces. Other sounds on the album were made by a beat-up old mandolin, a rusty harmonica, some percussion things, and other junk that was laying around.
